We welcome all working professionals, doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff looking for clean, comfortable, and well-located living spaces.

  • Everything! Your rent covers all bills - electricity, gas, water, council tax, high-speed Wi-Fi, and regular cleaning of communal areas. No hidden costs.

  • Yes, every room in our homes is en-suite. You'll have your own private bathroom - no need to share.

  • All of our properties are within a short walk or quick bike ride from Watford General - typically 5 to 10 minutes by walk door to door.

  • Yes, our minimum tenancy is 6 months. However, we understand NHS shift patterns and rotations, so feel free to get in touch if you need something more flexible.

  • Yes, a standard deposit of £500 is required. Your deposit is protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.

  • All our homes benefit from limited permit parking. Please ask us for details.

  • Absolutely. We offer in-person and virtual viewings to make things easy - just let us know what works best for you.

  • It's simple:

    • Fill out a short application

    • Provide proof of employment (e.g. NHS contract, payslips)

    • Undergo referencing

    • Pay the move-in monies

      Once approved, we’ll get your tenancy agreement and move-in date sorted quickly.

  • Yes - our dedicated management team responds quickly to any maintenance issues. Tenants often comment on how fast and friendly our service is.

  • All of our tenants are working professionals - many are NHS doctors, nurses, or hospital support staff. We aim to create quiet, respectful, and sociable homes where everyone gets along.

  • Yes, all rooms come fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, comfy chair and mini fridge-freezer. You just need to bring your personal items and bedding.

  • Our rooms are designed for single occupancy, to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all housemates. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate couples at this time.

  • Yes - each home has a fully equipped kitchen and communal area (usually a lounge or open-plan kitchen-diner), plus outdoor space.

  • Yes, several of our properties have secure outdoor storage for bikes. Let us know if this is a priority and we’ll match you with the right home.

  • We understand the demands of NHS work. Many of our tenants also work shifts, so we promote a respectful house culture. We’ll also recommend homes where other shift workers live to help ensure rest-friendly environments.

  • Rent is paid monthly via bank transfer. We’ll confirm payment dates and set everything up when you move in.

  • For security and comfort, we ask that you notify us in advance of any occasional overnight guest. Long-term guests are not permitted.
